In Finland, food legislation mandates that a product contains only the ingredients listed on the label. We manufacture our products in accordance with international GMP and ISO quality standards. These standards ensure the high quality and safety of our products.

Yes, they can. The product range is designed to support a normal diet. However, dietary supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

Our bodies need vital nutrients daily for overall well-being. Each product label includes the legally required daily dosage.

The Flow product is not recommended for children.

Recommended daily dosage of Arctic Sun Vitamin D:

For adults and children over 11 years old: 1 chewable tablet (840 mg). Contains 50 µg of vitamin D3 (1000% of the daily reference intake) and 100 mg of sea buckthorn powder.

Other products have no age restrictions. The recommended daily dosage applies to adults. Please refer to the product information for more details.

Our products are manufactured in collaboration with partners best suited for processing and manufacturing each ingredient profile.

We do not disclose the contact details of our production facilities or partners to the public.

Arctic Sun and Arctic Vital are not suitable for pets, such as dogs, as they contain xylitol. Other products can be given to pets, but we recommend consulting a veterinarian to determine the appropriate dosage.

Our dietary supplements are food products, and we can only provide health claims that are approved by Finnish law. Therefore, we do not offer guidance that deviates from the information on the label. Yes, it can. "Best before" is not the same as the last usage date; it refers to the minimum shelf life, meaning the food will maintain its typical characteristics until that date. Generally, the product remains usable if stored properly even after the best before date.

Flow

Flow is perfect for any situation when you need a natural boost. Mix the gel into a drinking bottle or glass and add 1.5 dl of water. The product is best enjoyed cold. Recommended daily dosage: 2 servings.

The diluted product should be consumed on the same day.

Elixir

The berries are harvested by a network of Soluni's partners and their subcontractors.
Elixir has an exceptional manufacturing process: The berries are processed in their frozen state, utilising their entire structure, including seed oils, and the product’s shelf life is maintained without heat treatment. This way, the vitality of the berries and herbs is preserved in a fresh and natural manner.

Arctic Sun

Fat-soluble vitamin D requires good fats for absorption. Sea buckthorn oil works effectively with D3 vitamin.

Arctic Oils

It is likely safe, as Arctic Oils does not contain fish protein. However, we recommend that individuals with fish allergies consult a healthcare professional before using the product.

Arctic Extreme

Arctic Extreme contains forest bilberries and Spirulina Pacifica, a freshwater algae that grows in Hawaii.

Pacifica is a species of Spirulina that was selected as the world's best alternative source of nutrients at the UN Food Conference in 1974. This is the type of Spirulina used in Arctic Extreme. To ensure high quality, only the best part of the harvest is used in the product.

Hawaii is an ideal place to grow high-quality Spirulina, thanks to its clean climate and abundant sunlight. Therefore, it can be said that the Spirulina Pacifica used in Arctic Extreme is the highest quality Spirulina available in the world. Additionally, our products are made using a method that preserves vitality.

The Spirulina Pacifica in Arctic Extreme contains a precursor to vitamin A (beta-carotene), from which our body forms the necessary amount of vitamin A.

Arctic Booster

Arctic Booster contains lingonberries harvested from forests, and the origin of the Noni fruits is Fiji.

The shell is plant-based and derived from carrots. If desired, the shell can be opened and the powder mixed into the liquid.

Arctic Vital

The colostrum in Arctic Vital comes from Germany, specifically from cows in the Bavaria region. The product uses the colostrum from the first four milkings after a calf is born, which is the highest quality available.

Additionally, Arctic Vital contains forest bilberries, which are the most vibrant in the world.

Purchasing and ordering

Please note the below rules apply for orders placed in Finland only. For prices and rules specific to your country, please change the language settings or contact customer service.

You can become an Independent Representative, Promoter, or Premium Customer to get products at discounted prices. You can sign up through one of our Representatives or directly via our online store.

If you don’t want to sign up, you can still order products by contacting an Independent Representative or our customer service. You can also order products directly from our online store.

1. Enter card details in the online store

When paying with a physical bank or credit card online, you will need to enter the following in the merchant’s service:

  • Your card number
  • CVC code (security code)
  • Card expiration date

If you have a combined card, you can pay using either the debit or credit side. Each side has its own card number and CVC code, which you can find on the same card.

2. Confirm the payment

Next, the online store may ask you to confirm the payment. As a customer, you will perform strong authentication using your bank’s ID app, ID device, or code card.

When confirming the payment via the ID app, you will see the amount to be charged and the merchant's name. Double-check that the purchase amount and merchant details match, and then confirm the payment.

Once you’ve completed the payment, verify that the amount has been deducted from your account.

If the payment fails, we recommend checking the following settings in your online banking card settings:

  • Online payments / internet sales allowed
  • Sufficient daily usage limit

We start processing your order quickly, so it is not possible to modify the order after payment.

All orders are processed separately, and they cannot be combined with other orders.

We will send you a tracking number via email and text message. The tracking number in the email is a direct link to track your package.

Finland: 4-8 working days
Other EU countries: 5-10 working days

The delivery time is calculated from when the payment for your order has been verified by us.

Your order will be available for pickup for seven business days. If it is not collected within that time, it will be returned to us. Please note that failing to pick up the package is not the same as returning it.

If the package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, we will charge double the standard delivery fee to resend it. If you'd like us to resend your order, please contact our customer service.

Terms of Delivery

Always contact customer service first via email. You can check the return terms specific to your customer account in the terms and conditions on your own pages.

Orders have a 14-day exchange and return right under Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The return period is valid for 14 calendar days from the delivery of the package. Returned items must be in sellable condition; otherwise, the return cannot be accepted.

If you wish to exchange the items in your order or cancel your order, this must be done before the payment is made.

Returns / Finland:
Terms: Returns only by Post. Returns are subject to a fee (according to the price list) and fee will be deducted from the refundable balance of the returned order. Postal contract reference number for customer returns: 604240

Returns / EU countries
Terms: Returns are subject to a fee. Customer pays the delivery charges directly at the carrier's office when sending the package

We will refund the amount you have paid using the same payment method that was used to make the original payment to us.

Please check your shipment carefully. If you notice any issues with the shipment or product, please inform us within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Follow these steps:

Please notify us in advance if you have an address change. If your package has been sent to an incorrect address, we can redirect it to the correct address. The fee for this service is 25 €. This fee will be charged before the redirection. Please note, this service is only available in Finland.
